This is an application to change the style and function of the previously granted planning approval number 05/07107/DEX for which the proposed 'SUN ROOM' which was originally to be a double glazed pvc conservatory but was never built, and to instead, construct a room which will combine the existing kitchen, creating an open plan kitchen/dining room and incorporate the first floor en-suite within the existing bedroom to provide additional floor space in the new kitchen area.
