Design Point Architectural Cranford Cronk Y Voddy St Johns IM4 3NS In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr \& Mrs Miles Proposal: Construction of retaining wall with railings to front elevation at: 20 King Edward Park Onchan IM3 2AB which was considered on 15th July 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the retaining wall as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 01 rev P1, 02 rev P2 and P2 all received on 29th April 2008.
NOTE It should be noted that a Building Regulations application (after consultation with Department of Transport Highways Division) is required with regards to the retaining wall calculations, and therefore an application should be submitted to the Onchan Commissioners.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
