Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to alterations and the erection of a porch as shown by the plan 1367 01A submitted and date stamped 17th March 2008.
- Development must be a minimum distance of 8 metres from the watercourse in order to minimise the risk of damage or disturbance to the river banks and river bed. Measures must be in place during construction works to safeguard the watercourse from run-off and sedimentation. The applicant is advised to consult the Inland Fisheries Section of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry for further advice and guidance.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
