- This approval may be taken up and operated only by Share The Tax Ltd.
- This approval shall expire if not taken up within 2 years of the date of this notice.
- Sales from the site may take place only on Saturdays.
- The applicant must consult the Fire Prevention Officer with regard to automatic fire detection, emergency lighting, and fire fighting equipment, and the recommendations arising therefrom must be implemented prior to the commencement of the proposed use.
