Ramsey Town Commissioners
ObjectionWhilst there is no objection to the replacement windows and doors, the Commissioners wish to object to the part of the application which relates to the creation of two flats to the existing ground floor. This would result in the loss of access to the rear yard and bin storage for the existing flat occupants.
Ramsey Town Commissioners
ObjectionThe amended plans indicate the provision of a fire escape door and the location of refuse bin storage to the front of the property. The Ramsey Town Commissioners maintain that access for all users of the building to the rear of the property should be provided and refuse bin storage should be continued to the rear of the property which is the favoured collection point for all properties in this area. It is considered therefore that the amended layout is not acceptable.
