Onchan Local Plan 2000 - Land between Groudle Road and Groudle Glen
Requires low density housing in parkland between Lakeside, Groudle Glen, Groudle Road and bridge over Groudle River, with no development within 80m of Groudle River and a sod hedge boundary to Groudle Road.
