In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the rear extension as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 719-01, 719-02 and 719-03 received on 20th February 2008.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE: The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

NOTE There must be No discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.
The application states that the surface water from the proposed development is to be discharge to the "existing drainage". If this "existing drainage" discharges (directly or indirectly) to the foul sewerage system then it should be noted that an alternative means of surface water disposal must be provided.
Note: The applicant is requested to supply the Division a copy of any Building Control Application in relation to the surface water discharge from this development.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
