Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the re tilling as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings $00392 / 1$ and $00392 / 1$ all received on 26th February 2008.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
NOTE It is recommended that there should be consultation with the Department's Conservation Officer regarding the availability of grant assistance towards the cost of re-tiling.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
