Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and the blocking up of an existing window as shown in drawing numbers 00018/1, 00018/2 and photographs date stamped 7th January 2008.
- The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department to ensure the property complies with the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
