Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to change of use to office from retail the as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing 1223-01 B all received on 28th January 2008.
- In the interests of road safety three off street parking spaces are provided at all times to serve the needs of this change of use development.
- No advertisement matter of any description shall be exhibited on these premises without the PRIOR written permission of the Planning Authority.
NOTE Applicant to consult with the Fire Safety Department to discuss the fire safety measures within.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
