The proposed shed will be located adjacent to a public footpath which runs along the south-eastern boundary of the application site. The shed will be visible from the footpath due to the fact that it is relatively open in character. The shed is relatively modest and will not, in my opinion, adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality.
