Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a garage as shown in drawing 07/38/03 received on 31st January, 2008.
- Prior to the use of the proposed garage there must be in place space for vehicles to turn within the site so that they may enter and leave the site in a forward gear.

- The garage may be used only for the storage of private motor vehicles in association with the occupation of the principal dwelling, Bay View.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
