In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the installation of replacement windows as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 0635/PL01, 0635/C13 and photographs date stamped 20th December 2007.
- For the avoidance of doubt, this permission relates to the installation of replacement windows which replicate the method of opening, glazing bar pattern and shape of the existing windows.

Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
