In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 14th March 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information Location Plan, Photograph and 1.7130-101-01 Rev A submitted and date stamped 18th December 2007.
- The metal guard railings must be installed as shown by Drawing No. 1.7130-101-01 Rev A and retained thereafter.
NOTE The granting of Planning Permission for the French doors with protective railings does not imply or infer that the flat roofed area to the rear of the property is suitable to be used as amenity space.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
