In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th January 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the change of use of the existing retail unit into a betting shop as shown in drawing number 07/0317/1 date stamped 5th November 2007.
- Before the first use of the betting shop, the ceilings between the betting shop and the flat above shall be insulated to achieve sound attenuation in accordance with Part E of the Building Regulations 2007.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department regarding fire safety matters within the proposal.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
