In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Manx Gas Ltd Proposal: Installation of two 200 Tonne LPG tanks at: LPG Facility Alexandra Pier Douglas Isle of Man IM1 5PA
which was considered on 11th April 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of two 200 Tonne LPG tanks as shown in drawing numbers 100 Rev C, 102 Rev C, 300 Rev D, 301 Rev D and supporting statement by Holmes Grace Consulting Engineers Limited date stamped 9th November 2007.
- All seeding comprised in the approved plans must be carried out in the first seeding seasons following the completion of the development.
- Within 6 months of the commissioning of the new LPG tanks, the existing tanks must be de-commissioned and removed from their site.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
