In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 15th February 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This permission relates to the installation of a satellite dish and replacement windows and doors as shown in drawing number 2113/1, window/door details, photographs date stamped 14th November 2007 and email from Nicky Bushe (on behalf of the applicant) dated 11th February 2008.

1. Prior to the installation of the satellite dish, details of the dish shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority and thereafter the installation shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

1. For the avoidance of doubt, no approval is granted or implied to replace the front door of the property.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
