Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations, the erection of dormer windows and the erection of a conservatory as shown in the plans and information 07/32/01 and 07/32/02 submitted and date stamped 23rd November 2007.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
