In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 7th January 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the information and plans numbered numbered 07/38/01 submitted and date stamped 8th October 2007 and 07/38/02 Rev A and Agent’s Letter submitted and date stamped 4th December 2007.
For the avoidance of doubt, this approval does not relate to the originally submitted plan 07/38/02.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection. 26
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
