Boundary fences
Details of the boundary fences shall be submitted to, and approved, in writing by the Planning Authority before any development commences on site. The proposed fences shall not replace the new fences erected by the adjoining owners which shall be retained and the proposed fences shall not be less than 1.8 metres tall above finished ground level behind the building line and designed to impede overlooking of the adjoining properties.
Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.
Dropped kerbs
Dropped kerbs shall be installed along the footway in line with the driveway in compliance with Manx Roads 2.
