Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions

This is an application for Reserved Matters to discharge the Condition 3 relating to Registered Building Consent 07/01689/CON for the demolition of rear extension and boundary walls, rendering of flank walls, re roofing of No 5 and re-instatement of chimney stacks (Registered Buildings 34, 35 and 36, in association with PA 07/01632 GB). 5, 6 & 6a The Parade, Castletown. Isle of Man. IM9 1LG. That Condition is as follows:

PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing internal and external features of interest, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department.

We are in receipt of a photographic survey of the property which is considered sufficient to discharge Condition 3 of this approval.

*NB Condition 4 has NOT been discharged at this time. This approval relates solely to the photographic survey as requested within Condition 3.
