In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 29th October 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings M4573/200 REV 0, M4573/201 REV 1 and M4573/202 REV 1 all received on 10th September 2007.
- There must be no discharge from the water storage tank to the River during times of high flows, any discharges must be under a controlled manner.
It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures
must be taken by the developer/occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation. It is advised that pollution prevention measures are installed, the applicant is to contact the Environment Protection Unit at DLGE. NOTE Applicant to consult with the Fire Service with regard to all aspects of the proposal.
NOTE A water main runs along the frontage of the property which may be susceptible to damage due to vehicles passing over it. The Applicant should contact the Water Authority to discuss protecting the main before construction work commences.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
