The property has been zoned under the Ramsey Local Plan Order 1998 as been in an area of Mixed Use (town centre); the site is not within a Conservation Area.

Proposal
The application proposes the installation of an external ATM.

The proposal would be beneficial for users of the ATM, whilst not having any adverse impacts upon the visual appearance of the property or upon the street scene. For these reasons the proposal would seem appropriate in this location and therefore my recommendation is for an approval.
