ObjectionThis in my opinion constitutes over intensive development of the site and is not in keeping with the proper planning and development of the area.; I would respectfully request the Commissioners and the Planning Committee to reject the current application in the interest of the locality and its residents.

ObjectionThe above amendments together with the applied for helical stairway linking the two terraces would seem to me to be unsightly intrusions to the amenities presently enjoyed by local residents & visitors.; This intrusion, if allowed to proceed, into the landscape will affect dramatically the visual aspects of as I have previously described a country lane.
