In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 30th November 2007, for the reasons set out below.

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The re-establishment of the building on this site would represent an unwarranted development in the Island's countryside and would be contrary to both the land use provisions of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982 and General Policy 3, Environmental Policy 2, Housing Policy 12 and Housing Policy 13 (particularly with regard to sub paragraphs b) & c) in respect of an existing, usable track from the highway; and the provision of services to the site) of the Isle of Man Strategic Plan Order (20th June 2007).
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
