Landscaping scheme
Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority, a scheme which shows adequate planting along the eastern boundary with 35 Ashberry Avenue to provide adequate screening.
Planting implementation and maintenance
All planting in landscaping scheme, agreed in accordance with the requirements of the condition no. 3 of this approval, must be carried out in the first planting season following the cessation of the development that as is required by condition no. 1 of this approval. Any trees or plants that within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or become diseased must be replace in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
