Officer's Report
The conservatory is modest addition to the existing dwellinghouse. The proposal would not adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality. The dwellinghouse is set well away from any neighbouring properties and not not affect the residential environment of those properties. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
