   Time limit

   The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

   Approved plans

   This permission relates to the development of an industrial unit and associated parking as shown in drawing reference WL/07/1038/1 and the site and location plans all received on 19th July, 2007.

   Foul sewer connection

   The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.

   No surface water to foul sewer

   There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

   Dry industrial processes only

   The only processes which may be undertaken within the site are dry industrial processes only and the only discharges which will be accommodated in the public foul sewer are domestic sewage from WCs and canteens.

   Cladding colour approval

   Prior to the use of any cladding, the colour of all cladding to be used in the development, including roofing, must be approved by the Planning Authority.
