Time limit

This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 07 0213/1 and 07 0213/2 received on 1st June 2007 and the Structural Inspection Report received on the 9th September 2007.
Access completion
The access set out and approved under PA 06/01369/REM shall be completed prior to any works commencing on the proposed conversion.
External finishes
The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
Roof materials
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
