In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Continent 8 Technologies Plc Proposal: Alterations to approved 07/00449/B to include external door / window repositioning, amended car parking layout and erection of a sub station at: Units 3B, 3C & 3D Middle River Industrial Estate Douglas Isle of Man IM2 1AL
which was considered on 26th July 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the external alterations, amended car parking layout and erection of a sub-station as shown in drawing numbers 0705001/001, 0705001/002, 0705001/003, 0705001/004, 0705001/005, 0705001/006, 0705001/007 and M1007 date stamped 20th June 2007, Letter from Bridgehouse design dated 11th June 2007, Letter from Continent 8 dated 12th June 2007.
- The use of the building hereby permitted shall not be carried out until the car parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department to discuss fire safety matters.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
