Officer's Report
The proposal is set to the rear of the property and will not ~~visual~~ attend it. The impact on the neighbouring property of No.29 The Crescent in terms of overlooking will be to be minimal due to the shed and vegetation on the boundary will prevent any overlooking from occurring.
In respect of the impact on No.25 The Crescent, the decking is set away from the neighbouring boundary and there is a fence which runs along the boundary. I therefore consider the proposal will not result in the loss of privacy.
I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
