The existing HGV traffic is based upon a 5% estimate on a 2001. Prior to prohibiting right turning heavy goods vehicle traffic from turning right from Archallagan Road and onto the A24 the actual number of vehicles this effects must be assessed.
				It should be noted permanent traffic signals now exist at the A1/Crosby road junction.

PA 07/0850/B	Callows Yard, Castletown	Objection		The rear lane cannot accommodate larger vehicles and no turning facility exists. The placement of refuse bins on Arbor Street will interfer with the passage of emergency service vehicles and partially sighted pedestrians. The approved bin store location is immediately adjacent to Arbor Street and has good accessibility. (response previously emailed to DOLGE)
