THIS CHIMNEY WAS INSTALLED C.1970 TO SERVICE A WOOD- BURNER, WHICH WE HAVE REMOVED. THEREFORE THE CHIMNEY IS REDUNDANT AND AN EYESORE. OUR ADJACENT WEIGHBOURS HAVE WELCOMED THE NEWS THAT WE PLAN TO REMOVE THE CHIMNEY - THEREBY IMPROVING THE VIEWS FROM THEIR PROPERTY 10. a) Please state the existing use of the site (e.g. residential, office, retail etc.)
