Planning Policy Statement 1/01 - Conservation of the Historic Environment of the Isle of Man
The policy requires developments in conservation areas to enhance character and appearance. The officer assessed the replacement windows, conservation rooflights, and natural slate re-roofing as sympathetic to the building's age and character, thus complying and improving the Conservation Area.
Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
