In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs J Walker Proposal: Registered building consent for erection of a dwelling with integral garage to be attached to (In association with 07/00998/B) Registered Building Nos. 203 at: 22 Shore Road Underway Port St. Mary Isle Of Man IM9 5DX
which was considered on 16th August 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a dwelling as shown in drawing reference WL/07/1030/2 and /4 and the site and location plans all received on 23rd May, 2007, for clarification, the front elevation must be finished in natural stone to match that on the adjoining building and not as shown on drawing -/3 in render.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
