Planning approval is sought for the additional use of a property at 4 Brookfield Terrace, Higher Foxdale, as tourist accommodation. The property is a terraced dwelling with on street parking and small amenity area to the rear. No objections have been received from neighbouring occupiers or Patrick Parish Commissioners. The Isle of Man Water Authority and Chief Fire Officer request a Note be added to any subsequent approval.

The proposal is considered to be acceptable.
