In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 3rd August 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 24th May 2007.
- The property may be used as either permanent residential accommodation or as accommodation for tourists.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Community Safety Team at the Fire Safety Department to arrange a Home Fire Safety Risk Assessment of the premises. Enquiries should be directed to Assistant Divisional Officer Jeff Looker.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

Whichever is the later.
