In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environ-
ment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Mr Tim Keig, for the
Information in relation to condition 4 & 5 of 21/01390/B - Construction of two new 2 story
dwellings on plots 9 and 15 Orry Street at 9 And 15 Orry Street, Douglas, Isle Of Man.
Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.
In this instance, the submitted soil survey report and applicant email are deemed sufficient to
achieve the desired outcome as recommended by the case officer and would be considered
