which was considered on 6th June 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alteration snad erection of external stairs as shown in drawing numbers 00710/1 and tm-001 date stamped 11th April 2007.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Fire Safety Department as the premises may fall within the scope of the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
