In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the re-finishing of the external walls of the building in umber-coloured hydraulic lime mortar render as shown and described in the plans reference 5764 and 5764-01 and information all received on 16th April, 2007.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all existing internal and external features of interest, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

Whichever is the later.
