Policy requires only development which preserves or enhances Conservation Area character and protects special features from inappropriate development. Time limit

Specific room and plans
This approval relates to the use of the room described as 2-RM-1 as a holistic therapy centre, as indicated on the plans submitted as part of this application date stamped 17th April 2007.
Parking provision
The use hereby approved may not be taken up until such time as the parking area is laid out and available for use. Such parking area must be retained thereafter for that purpose.
Hours of operation
The holistic therapy centre hereby permitted shall not be open to customers outside 0900-1730 hours on Mondays to Saturdays. The centre shall not be open Sundays or Bank or Public holidays.
