In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings SM07/115/1, SM07/115/2 and SM07/115/3 all received on 9th March 2007.
- In the interest of road safety four off street parking spaces shall be provided within the curtilage of the dwelling.
NOTE 1. The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
