In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 31st May 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 06 0158/1 and 06 0158/2 all received on 21st March 2007.
- In the interests of road safety the front boundary wall and gate pillars shall be no more than 1 metre in height.
- Dropped kerbs shall be provided at the junction of the new access and Coburg Road in accordance with Manx Roads 2.
NOTE The application shall contact the Network Operations Section of the Department of Transport, Highways Division before carrying out any works within the public highway, including the installation of dropped kerbs. Tel. 686665.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
