Description of the proposed development. Please state clearly what you propose to do. I own the property 2 Windsor Terrace, Douglas. On the opposite side of the road to the houses are garages that relate to the properties of Windsor Terrace. I own a single garage with a dedicated off road parking space in front. Internally I have added gym equipment and would like to change the use to allow me to work with 1-2-1 fitness training Clients on the premises.
