Officer's Report
The application site is located within a Conservation Area. The applicant has clarified that the windows on the front elevation will replicate the style and opening as the existing windows. The applicant has also clarified the front door style which we replicate the existing. I consider the proposal not adversely affect the character and appearance of the conservation area.
The windows to the rear are not readily visible from the public highway. The proposed replacement windows are considered to be acceptable and would adversely affect the visual amenities of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
