In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr & Mrs T Iveagh Proposal: Alterations, erection of a two storey extension, amendments to vehicular access and creation of additional parking provision at:

- Glen Road
- Laxey
- Isle of Man
- IM4 7AN
which was considered on 2 April 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to drawing no’s 060820-01 and 060820-02 date stamped the 1st February 2007.
- Prior to the commencement of development details of the proposed vehicular access arrangements must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority. Such details must include provision for sight lines of a minimum of 2 metres by 18 metres. The access arrangements must be set out as approved prior to the commencement of the construction of the rear extension.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

You should note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision being made, along with any correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
