Officer's Report

The proposal is to replace the existing timber windows with uPVC windows. The replacement windows are to match the existing style of windows currently within the building. I consider the proposal is acceptable and would not adversely affect the character and appearance of the locality. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.
