Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below. In this instance of the submitted dwg Auld_APl_30b Site Plan-landscape-Default-000 and dwg Auld_APL_31 planting and after consultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of de-tail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the first part planning condition 3 of application 21/01326/B with the rest of the condition discharged once the hard landscaping have been completed and the planting and seeding is carried out within the first planting/ seeding season after completion of the development with the understanding that trees or plants which die or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
