Officer's Report

The replacement windows are to be installed in the dormer window, which are currently a uPVC. The replacement windows are similar in style to the existing. I consider the replacement window would not materially change the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

C 2. This permission relates to the installation of uPVC casement windows in the front dormer as shown in drawing numbers 01, 02 and 03 date stamped 6th February 2007.
