Officer's Report
The existing windows are timber casement windows. There are other uPVC windows within the street. I consider the proposal will have a neutral affect on the character and appearance of the Conservation Area. The proposal would not adversely affect the visual amenities of the street scene. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
